Aromas of honeysuckle, citrus and almond tempt your nose followed by a bright acidity. A pleasantly tart, sweet profile teases the palate with notes of green apple, pear and white nectarine giving it a crisp, clean and dry finish.

Protein– Chicken and turkey breast, scallops, sole, trout, tilapia, clams, mussels, oysters, cod, and cured pork.

Cheese– Muenster, Gruyere, Reblochon, Havarti, Port do Salut, Bel Paese, fresh mozzarella, Chaubier, Caciocavallo, and Scarmorza.
