Tasting Notes

A balance between earthiness and fruit brings forth aromas of cherry and leather in this wine. A full body layered with black cherries, red currant, cedar, and toasted spice that lingers with a smooth finish to coat the palate.

Protein– Lamb chops, beef tenderloin, barbeque-grilled meats, birria tacos, salamis, Jamon Iberico de Bellotta, prosciutto.

Cheese– Idiazabal, Roncal, Manchego, cambozola, sharp white cheddar, Caprino Noce, camembert, pecorino, Fiumborbu Brebis.
