2020 Signature Chardonnay
Tasting Notes
This light bodied wine offers a bouquet of pear, apple, and chamomile. The palate is bright and crisp, lacing minerality through notes of pear, white peach, apple and stone fruit. The lingering finish extends with a hint of kiwi and honeysuckle.

Protein– Chicken and turkey breast, scallops, sole, trout, tilapia, clams, mussels, oysters, cod, and cured pork.
Cheese– Muenster, Gruyere, Reblochon, Havarti, Port do Salut, Bel Paese, fresh mozzarella, Chaubier, Caciocavallo, and Scarmorza.
Vegetable– Pairs nicely with fresh or braised vegetables and salads. Yellow squash, jicama, kale, white beans, melon and apple.
