2021 Counoise
Tasting Notes
Aromas of cherry, strawberry, and raspberry balanced by anise. On the palate it displays characteristics of cassis, strawberry, Rainier cherry with abundant acidity. This wine is unfiltered, giving it a natural, fresh character, and it has a touch of residual sugar that adds a pleasant sweetness and fuller body. A younger drinking style which may be served chilled or not, and lends itself to be very food friendly.

Protein– Smoked salmon, Thanksgiving turkey, pork chops, honey-baked ham, Coq au vin, prosciutto.
Cheese– Comte, brie, Swiss cheese, Camembert, feta, Coulommiers and Paglietta.
