Tasting Notes

Aromas of cherry, strawberry, and raspberry balanced by anise. On the palate it displays characteristics of cassis, strawberry, Rainier cherry with abundant acidity. A younger drinking style which may be served chilled or not, and lends itself to be very food friendly. 

Pairs With

Protein– Smoked salmon, Thanksgiving turkey, pork chops, honey-baked ham, Coq au vin, prosciutto.

Cheese– Comte, brie, Swiss cheese, Camembert, feta, Coulommiers and Paglietta.

Vegetable– Sweet potato, butternut squash, dill pickles, cauliflower, parsnips, artichokes.
