Tasting Notes
Aromas of blackberry, cherry, and currant flourish with a hint of cassis and oak. The palate is filled with ripe blackberry, cherry, and undertones of vanilla, pepper and spiced oak. Lavish juiciness meets ample tannins for an elegant, structured finish.

Protein– Lamb, beef stew, short ribs, bison, pizza/pasta with red sauce, oxtail stew, goulash, and bison burger.
