Tasting Notes

Nose of plum, blackberry, cherry, violet, lavender, and dried herbs. Rich flavors of robust black fruit, lilac, and dried sage linger. Ample tannins make this wine perfect for hearty grilled meals.

Protein– Smoked brisket, Chinese BBQ pork, mole, spicy sausage, grilled flank steak, salami.

Cheese– Pecorino, manchego, grana padano, drunken goat, aged asiago, gruyere.
