Tasting Notes

This right bank style blend is led by the refined Merlot and sophisticated Cabernet Franc, the principal varieties in that part of the world. Petit Verdot is built in to add a robustness while the Malbec helps to provide complexity to this polished style of wine.

Protein– Roast lamb, beef bourguignon, venison, pork loin, meatloaf, braised short ribs, sausage pizza.

Cheese– Aged cheddar, gouda, pecorino, Stilton, Cantal, Reblochon.
