This Southern Rhône inspired blend marries the distinct flavors and aromas of Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre, each harvested and fermented independently before being joined in a bold, yet luscious, food-friendly cuvée.

Pairs With

Protein–  Thanksgiving turkey, ribeye, cured meats, BBQ ribs, duck confit, lamb ragu.

Cheese– Aged gouda, smoked cheddar, manchego, chipotle havarti, herbed feta.

Vegetable– Rosemary/sage potatoes, roasted mushrooms, marinated olives, butternut squash soup, roasted red peppers
