When you join, your credit card will be billed for the current shipment. Thereafter, your credit card will be billed just prior to each wine shipment or approximately 15 days in advance of an allocation member event.
Membership benefits apply to two people at the same residence and include complimentary tastings determined by your selected membership level.
Allocations are pre-selected and cannot be exchanged for alternate wines.
Prices will vary according to current pricing and selection of wines included with each allocation.
Wine Club Members agree to a one-year minimum membership term.
After one full year, memberships may be canceled any time, in writing, or using the form here, prior to the processing of the next club selection. All notifications change requests and cancellations must be in writing no later than 30 days prior to the next allocation charge date. It is the responsibility of the member to cancel prior to the processing of payment. Paid club selections will not be refunded. Payments shall not be refundable after 14 days under any circumstances, including but not limited to the termination of this agreement.
All club selections must be purchased to maintain an active club membership and enjoy club benefits.
Reserve Club selections must be paid in full within two weeks following the club release. If payment has not been received within two weeks, the membership will be closed and the space released to the next person on the waitlist.
It is the wine club member’s responsibility to maintain updated account information including credit card information, email address, phone number, and shipping address.
Wine club benefits are exclusive to club members. Benefits are not transferrable and the club member must be present to use any club benefits, including complimentary tastings.
Trio Club, Signature Club, Cellar Club, Case Club, and Reserve Club selections are pre-selected and are not customizable.
Selections may be picked up at our Tasting Room or shipped via UPS. To ensure temperature variances do not impact wine quality, orders will only ship Monday through Wednesday for ground and 2nd day, or Monday through Thursday for overnight shipments.
A person 21 years or older must be present to sign for shipped selections. We recommend delivery of wine shipments to businesses, rather than home addresses.
To ensure the quality of your wines we reserve the right to hold shipments due to weather conditions at our discretion. Club members may opt to upgrade their shipping at an additional shipping charge.
Please watch the email address on file for shipping information and change deadlines. UPS redirect/recall fees may apply for changes made past the change deadline.
Paid selections must be picked up within 90 days of the club's release. Club selections that have not been picked up within 90 days will automatically be shipped at the member's expense using the card on file. If payment fails, the allocation will be donated to a charity of our choosing and will no longer be available to the member.
The State of California requires companies offering subscription services to acquire acknowledgment and acceptance of membership terms from residents of California. By agreeing to the Wine Club Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge that you will be automatically charged at the time of each wine club release, which includes a selection of bottles of wine, giving Bacovino authorization to process your credit card or other payment method on file for the amount of each wine club release. The amount processed may vary based on each wine release selection and your selected club membership level. You agree that your subscription will be subject to automatic renewal unless you cancel your subscription prior to the release date. Bacovino will notify the member of the release date and amount to be charged to their credit card, via email approximately two weeks prior to the release date. It is the member’s responsibility to supply Bacovino with a preferred valid email address for wine club communication. After one full year, memberships may be canceled, at any time, by emailing club@bacovino.com prior to the processing of the next club release. It is the responsibility of the member to cancel the membership prior to the processing of payment.
